How do I order MagTrack+ Devices and Service?
Ordering is easy - simply fill the order form and email it back. The order will be reviewed, and a quote will be sent back as confirmation and require your signature.
Key Information Needed on the form:
- (1) Where the devices are being shipped to: Reseller or Customer
- (2) Who the Reseller is:
- Company name
- Contact name
- The Resellers Geotab ID if the devices will be on the MyGeotab platform.
- (3) Who the End Customer is (the company using the MagTrack+s
- (4) Which platform: MyGeotab or Matrix iQ to view device data
- Product(s) and quantities to be ordered
- (5) Hardware products, devices and mounting plates
- (6) The telematics service
- (7) If financed, pick one of the two time periods 24 or 36 months
- (8) The MagTrack+ comes with a 12 month warranty, if the customer would like to extend the warranty, please add this on
- (9) Total for Hardware and Monthly Subscription. NOTE: this does not include the Geotab platform fee.
