What purchasing options are available?

Own outright or finance the purchase.

Matrix iQ believes in the power of flexibility. There are two different options we offer our resellers:

OPTION ONE: Purchase the Hardware

Purchase the hardware upfront and only be responsible for a monthly subscription fee. This allows your customers to have a month-to-month contract and terminate at any time with 30 days' notice. The hardware cost is due at invoicing. 

OPTION TWO: Financing

We allow your customers to finance the cost of the hardware and bundle both the device and the service into a single payment. However, we require you as the reseller to enter into either a 24- or 36-month contract for this service to be passed on to your customers. Ownership of the hardware transfers to the customer at the end of the term. 

This is not 3rd party financing. Early termination will require payment of the contract in full. 

EXTENDED WARRANTY

We allow our resellers to offer extended warranties to cover any contract period you may offer or to extend over the course of a financed term. The current warranty is one (1) year. The extended warranty is an additional monthly fee that is for the life of the contract. This must be initiated with the start of the contract.
