STEP 2: Creating User(s)

Now that you've created a new group for your customer the next step is to create users for that customer.

There are two pre-populated Users available:

  • MagTrack Admin: Allows for the addition and deletion of "vehicles"/assets
  • MagTrack no Admin: View only of "vehicles"/assets
  • Click for More detailed information and a reference sheet on permissions: MagTrack User Functionality
NOTE: There are a several of additional items to click on when creating a user in Permissions so your customer will get the most benefit:
  • ADMIN: Add Scheduled, Drivers, Manage Group Drivers, MFA (if 2 factor authentication is required, Vehicles
  • COMM: Fleet Report
  • SCHEDULED: Current Location, Fleet List, Non-Movement Report, Non-Reporting Report, Speed Limit Report, Time at POI
