STEP 1: Creating a Group & Assigning Vehicles

The first step is to create a new sub-group under your Reseller group and assign the "vehicles" to the group.

Matrix iQ has provisioned devices to your database as the Reseller. You'll need to create a sub-group under your Reseller name and also move the devices from your group to the new group.

This is a little complex the first couple of times that you do this. Take your time and follow the steps.

Helpful Hint: When moving "vehicles" or devices be sure to first be IN the group you want to transfer the devices INTO. After choosing Add "vehicles" that's when you choose the Group the vehicles are currently in and want to move to another group.
