Customer Onboarding

Onboarding customers to use MagTrack is fairly simple and shouldn't take more than thirty minutes to complete excluding training.

The Overall Process

  1. Devices are provisioned to your Account / Group
  2. Create a new Group for your customer
  3. Reassign devices from your Group to their Group
  4. Add Users for your customer
  5. Change the MagTrack modes as desired. All are shipped in Standby Mode (1 static ping per day)
  6. Train customers on the basics from set up to daily use
    1. Admin
    2. Live Location
    3. Reports
    4. Email Reports
